The deck itself costs $15, but shipping depends on USPS and could tag on $7.20 or more, so I recommend getting multiple and sharing with friends.
Just shuffle a deck and instead of rolling two dice, draw a card. I like not getting through the deck too fast, so I prefer a deck for every two players.
Dice are a perfectly acceptable way to play games, but me and my friends get frustrated with true random dice rolls. Because of probability, we're under the impression that 7 will come up more than 4, but 4 should come up roughly as much as 10. But since each dice roll is an independent event, it's unlikely but possible that you roll 4 ten times, and never roll 10 at all before your game is over. Even if you roll 10 a couple times, it can be frustrating. The purpose of dice cards is to even out the distribution. Every time you roll a 4, there is one fewer 4 in the deck to be drawn. Even if you don't make it through the whole deck and run out of 4s, it still effects the probability on every given card-draw.
The most obvious concern is giving the players an advantage by card counting. This is mitigable by either setting aside one or more cards to not by used in the shuffle, or by agreeing that a certain card being draw means the deck must be reshuffled prematurely.

This one really depends on what you want. If you already have the images of the suits and the face cards picked out, it won't take me long to use some software to compile the images and I'll only charge $10 and send the cards right back. If you want me to order them myself and ship them to you, I'll send you the images first to get your okay, and then I'll handle the production company personally, and tag on their price, which will vary, but in combination with my fee, total something akin to $40.
If the art is not already made and you want me to produce it, I have to check with an artist for more details.
If you wanted a regular suit playing card deck with a custom back and you already have the image, many card manufacturing companies already offer that and you won't need my services.
